Lovable knuckleheads that grow some wild herbs!
Crack-a-heads are a lovable bunch of “potheads”. Bust their noggin (ok, tap it with the back of a spoon), water them and these knuckleheads grow one of three wild herbs – basil, mint, or lemon balm! Each egg-shaped Crack-a-head is handmade in Japan from white porous ceramic (2 1/8” H x 1 7/8” Diameter). They are packaged in case packs of 12 with four each of the three styles. Mutants of the Eggling family, Crack-a-heads work the same – once the plant outgrows its head (about 3 to 5 months), you can crack it again and plant it directly in soil. This way, the plant can fully mature. Warning: you may grow too fond of your Crack-a-head to actually bury him in your garden! |

Nos Crack-a-heads sont des petites têtes d’œufs aimables. Coupez le bout (avec précaution, comme un œuf à la coque), arrosez abondamment et bientôt pousseront des herbes sauvages dans ces têtes, soit du basilic, de la menthe ou de la citronnelle. Il s’agit d’une « mutation » de la famille des Egglings et comme ceux-ci vous pouvez transplanter les Crack-a-heads en pleine terre après la phase de croissance (env. 3-5 mois). Les herbes peuvent ainsi atteindre leurs tailles normales et le pot en céramique se décomposera tout naturellement. Mais attention : parfois on s’attache tellement à son Crack-a-head qu’on ne peut pas s’imaginer de le planter.

Unsere Crack-a-heads sind liebenswerte kleine Eierköpfe. Schlagen Sie sie auf (vorsichtig, so wie Ihr Frühstücksei), gießen Sie reichlich und bald wachsen Wildkräuter aus ihren Köpfen, entweder Basilikum, Minze oder Zitronenmelisse. Eigentlich sind diese Eierköpfe aus der Familie der Egglings hinaus mutiert, sie können genau wie ihre entfernten Verwandten nach Ende der Wachstumsphase (etwa 3-5 Monate) im Garten eingepflanzt werden. So wächst das Kraut zur vollen Größe heran und das keramische Material wird ganz natürlich abgebaut. Aber Vorsicht: manch einer mag seinen Crack-a-head bereits nach kurzer Zeit so sehr, daß er ihn gar nicht mehr einpflanzen mag.
